Terms of Use — Money Manager

1. Acceptance

By installing or using Money Manager ("the app") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on your devices for your own, non-commercial use, subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.

3. No financial advice

Money Manager provides indicative calculations for general information only. It is not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and results may differ from those of your bank or a professional. Interest rates, tax rules and returns change; verify important figures independently. We are not a licensed financial advisor. You are responsible for decisions you make.

4. Purchases

The app may offer a one-time unlock (not a subscription). Removes ads and unlocks recurring transactions, investment tracking, and export. Purchases are handled by Google Play; refunds follow Google Play's refund policy.

5. Acceptable use

Don't reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the app, or use it unlawfully.

6. Disclaimer & liability

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PRODM IT Solutions is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
