Terms of Use — Times Tables

1. Acceptance

By installing or using Times Tables ("the app") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on your devices for your own, non-commercial use, subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.

3. Children & parents

Times Tables is intended for children with parental awareness. Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising use and for any in-app purchase, which is protected by Google Play's purchase controls.

4. Purchases

The app may offer a one-time unlock (not a subscription). Unlocks all tables (1–20) and extra colour themes. Purchases are handled by Google Play; refunds follow Google Play's refund policy.

5. Acceptable use

Don't reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the app, or use it unlawfully.

6. Disclaimer & liability

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PRODM IT Solutions is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
